Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi - Mai Chau and overnight in Pu Luong
- 8am pick up and driving out of Hanoi to the Northwest.
- Take the beautiful Thung Khe pass - stop by the local market of Muong people on the top mountain.
- Enjoy lunch at Mai Chau village after taking an e-cart to visit 7 villages of Thai people.
- Driving 1 more hour and Check-in your hotel in Pu Luong.
- Trekking around Ban Don village.
Day 2: Hiking day - Overnight in Pu Luong
- Drive to Hieu Waterfalls Village - Stop by Pho Doan market (only on Thu and Sat).
- Hike and Enjoy swimming at the waterfalls.
- Hike though villages of Thai people and Discover Big Water Wheels in Suoi Cham.
- Drive to Kho Muong to light trek through Hang Doi cave.
- Back to your hotel around 5pm and relax.
Day 3: Cuc Phuong national park - Van Long wetland and overnight in Ninh Binh
- Check out your hotel and drive to Ninh Binh around 2,5 hours.
- Drive to the heart of Cuc Phuong national park - go hiking to see giant trees and Vietnamese tropical forrest.
- Stop by the wildlife endangered animal center - learn about langurs/gibbons and pangolin.
- Have lunch then we drive 1 hour to Van Long wetland - take a private boat cruising 45 minutes to enjoy beautiful limestones on the river.
- Check-in your hotel in Ninh Binh.
Day 4: Driving to Halong city - Overnight on your cruise
- Check out your hotel around 8am.
- Drive 3 hours to Halong city.
- Drop you off at the cruise station
- Join the cruise's itinerary to explore Halong bay.
Day 5: Off the cruise - back to Hanoi
- We pick you up at the dock around 11am.
- Driving 2 hours back to Hanoi.
- Drop off at your hotel or the airport.
